Plan Ahead Terms

1. Who you deal with

Plan Ahead orders are sold and supplied by MyTasks Pty Ltd (ABN 72 677 622 632), trading as Featora. Your contract and your payments are with Featora. Factories and other suppliers work for Featora and do not deal with you directly.

提前定制订单的卖方是 MyTasks Pty Ltd（以 Featora 名义经营）。合同和付款都只和 Featora 发生；工厂和供应商为 Featora 生产，不与你直接往来。

2. What a batch is

A batch is one base product made in a single production run for many buyers. Everyone in a batch receives the same base product (for example the same box style, material and size). Each buyer chooses their own customisation (for example their logo and print colours) from the options listed for that batch. Each batch page shows the base product, the options, the price tiers, the minimum and maximum order per buyer, and the dates: when orders close (cutoff), when artwork is due, and when goods are delivered by.

一个批次 = 一款底座产品、为很多买家一次生产。同批次的底座一样；每个买家从列出的方式里选自己的定制（logo、印刷颜色等）。批次页写明底座、选项、阶梯价、每人最少/最多、截单日、设计稿截止日和送达日。

3. Joining and the deposit

1. You join a batch by choosing a quantity and a customisation option and agreeing to these terms.
2. You pay a deposit of the percentage shown on the batch page (30% unless stated otherwise) by bank transfer, using the reference we give you.
3. Your quantity counts towards the batch total once Featora confirms your deposit. If the deposit does not arrive, Featora may cancel your order before cutoff.
4. One order per buyer per batch. To change it before cutoff, leave the batch and join again.

选数量和定制方式、同意本条款即参团；按批次页的比例（一般 30%）银行转账付订金并写明备注号；Featora 确认到账后数量才计入总量，订金未到可能在截单前被取消；每批每人一单，截单前要改可先退出再重新参团。

4. Price

1. The base price per piece depends on the total quantity of the batch at cutoff, in the tiers shown on the batch page. Only deposits Featora has confirmed count towards the total.
2. The base price shown when you join is the most you will pay for the base. At cutoff everyone in the batch pays the price of the tier the batch reached, which can only be the same or lower.
3. Customisation is charged as shown: a set-up fee for each design and an amount per piece.
4. Prices include GST for buyers in Australia. Delivery is not included; Featora quotes delivery to your address at cutoff.

底座单价按截单时全批总量所在的档计算（只算已确认的订金）。参团时显示的底座价是最高价，截单时只会相同或更低。定制按所列的制版费（每个设计）和每件加价收费。澳洲买家价格含 GST；运费不含，截单时报价。

5. Cutoff and the balance

1. Orders close at the end of the cutoff date (Australian Eastern time).
2. Featora tells you your final price and delivery cost. You pay the balance within 5 days. If the balance is not paid, Featora may cancel your order and keep the deposit to the extent of Featora's reasonable costs, and will refund any remainder.

截单日当天结束截单。Featora 通知最终价格和运费，你在 5 天内付尾款；逾期未付，Featora 可取消订单，订金在合理成本范围内不退，余额退还。

6. If the batch does not reach the first tier

The first tier is the minimum quantity needed to go ahead. If the confirmed total is below it at cutoff, Featora extends the cutoff once by 2 to 4 weeks and moves the delivery date by the same time; you may leave during the extension for a full refund. If the total is still below the first tier after the extension, the batch is cancelled and every deposit is refunded in full.

第一档 = 成团线。截单时没达到：延长一次（2–4 周，送达日同步顺延），延长期间可退出并全额退订金；延长后仍不够，批次取消，所有订金全额退还。

7. Leaving a batch

1. Before cutoff you can leave at any time from My Plan Ahead orders. Your deposit is refunded in full.
2. After cutoff your order cannot be cancelled, because the factory produces for the whole batch. This does not affect your rights for faulty goods (section 10).

截单前可随时在「我的提前定制订单」里退出，订金全额退还。截单后不能取消（工厂按全批生产）；但不影响你对质量问题的权利（第 10 条）。

8. Artwork and approval

1. Send your artwork by the artwork due date. If it does not arrive in time, Featora may supply your order without customisation or, if that is not suitable, cancel it under section 5.
2. Featora sends you a digital proof. Production starts only after you approve it. After approval the design cannot be changed.
3. You confirm you have the right to use the logos, images and text you send. Featora may refuse artwork that is unlawful or infringes others' rights. Other buyers do not see your artwork or your order.

设计稿在截止日前提交，逾期 Featora 可按无印刷底座供货，或在不适合时按第 5 条取消。生产前你要确认电子打样，确认后不能改。你保证有权使用所给的 logo、图片和文字；违法或侵权的设计 Featora 可拒绝。其他买家看不到你的设计和订单。

9. Production, tolerances and delivery

1. Normal industry tolerances apply: the delivered quantity may vary by up to 3% (charged on the quantity delivered), and printed colours may differ slightly from screen colours.
2. Featora delivers to addresses in Australia. If delivery will be later than the date on the batch page, Featora tells you as soon as it knows, with the new date and the reason.

适用行业常规容差：交付数量可能有 ±3% 差异（按实际数量计费），印刷颜色与屏幕颜色可能略有差异。送货范围为澳洲境内；如会晚于批次页的送达日，Featora 一旦知道即通知新日期和原因。

10. Faulty goods and your consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. If goods are faulty or not as described, contact Featora and we will repair, replace or refund as the law requires.

本条款不排除你根据澳大利亚消费者法享有的权利。商品有质量问题或与描述不符，请联系 Featora，按法律要求维修、更换或退款。

11. Changes to these terms

Featora may update these terms for future batches. The version you agreed to when you joined applies to your order.

Featora 可能为以后的批次更新条款；你的订单适用你参团时同意的版本。
